Noisy Craving

Art is the inescapable optimism
to see something in nothing
and inspiration the brilliant annoyance
that fails to sink into the shade of the room.

It’s a noisy craving
that tears and tramples my personal precuations
with a shrug, a stomp, and a defiant harumph saying,

Spend time with me!
No hiding out today!
Gather your start supplies!
We playing now!

Cover of Seek + Find zine, Issue #12 titled “Noisy Craving,” featuring a bold, abstract circular collage in shades of coral, charcoal, cream, and mint, set against a white background.
Black and white illustration of a laptop on a table, flanked by a teacup on the left and a small lit candle on the right. On the laptop screen, typed in a serif font, is the phrase: “Art is the inescapable optimism to see something in nothing…”
Minimalist black and white line drawing of a desk with drawers, a desk lamp, and three small potted plants. To the right, an open window casts no visible light. Typed across the top and bottom of the page in a typewriter font is the fragmented sentence: “…and inspiration the brilliant annoyance that fails to sink into the shade of the room.”
A two-page black and white zine spread with typewriter-style text. The top text reads:
"It's a noisy craving that tears and tramples my personal precautions with a shrug, a stomp, and a defiant harumph saying..."

Below a black horizontal line, the next section says:
"Spend time with me!
No hiding out today!
Gather your start supplies!
We playing now!"

To the right is a simple line drawing of a pair of scissors and a glue stick.
Back cover of the Seek + Find zine titled Noisy Craving. A small line drawing of a potted plant appears at the top center. Below it, text reads:
