Noisy Craving

Art is the inescapable optimism
to see something in nothing
and inspiration the brilliant annoyance
that fails to sink into the shade of the room.

It’s a noisy craving
that tears and tramples my personal precuations
with a shrug, a stomp, and a defiant harumph saying,

Spend time with me!
No hiding out today!
Gather your start supplies!
We playing now!
