Pagan. Punk. Poet.
I’m so glad you found your way to my unruly corner of the wild-wild web.
It has come into being through the steady work of unlearning the rules that used to run my life – quietly and without question.
Rules about how to be good, how to stay safe, how to earn love.
Through the slow work of deconditioning, I’m finding my way back to the essential Self – more relaxed, more real.
It’s been a journey of unbecoming and becoming – and along the way, I’ve begun to understand the shape of my own wholeness, made up of many parts including…
…the pagan, untangling from evangelical roots and finding the sacred in body, breath, and Being itself.
…the punk, rebelling against hustle culture, productivity paradigms, and connection that leaves the body touch-starved and the heart unheld.
…the poet, feeling in layers, speaking in symbols, and collaging a life that’s richly textured in its contradictions – between joy and ache, forgetting and remembering.
Beneath the noise and the knowing, there is a watchful, wise inner child – I call her Safi – who once tried so hard to be the perfect little girl and is now learning how to just be. In the Stillness. In the Silence. In the Solitude of this unrushed sanctuary where she doesn’t have to perform. And I am the consistently available, lovingly responsive Parent giving her what she has always longed for: presence without pressure.
This is also the medicine I’m inspired to share with the world.
As a Human Design Projector (5/2) and EFT coach-in-training, I’m gently shaping a life – and patiently envisioning a business – that doesn’t burn me out, but is rooted in ease, flow, and meaningful contribution.
While I’m not offering support services just yet, this little alcove of the internet is still alive with reflection, resonance, and kindred companionship.
If something here speaks to your own unfolding, stay close.
This creation is still coming into focus.
And if you’re wondering about how Unfurlia came to be, I tell the origin story here.
Otherwise, follow your curiosity!
Every page is an open invitation to unfurl at your own pace.
